Emily Adams is a writer and actor based in Brooklyn, NY. As a screenwriter, Adams was selected for the 2024 Black List Writers Lab. Before that, her coming-of-age dramedy MARGOT was featured on the 2020 Black List.
Jacki Glick (BROKEN HEARTS GALLERY) is producing Emily’s delayed coming-of-age dramedy ELAINE with Broadway director Sammi Cannold to direct. Adams has worked for Netflix, ABC, and Apatow Productions.
On the acting frontier, Adams can be seen in Rex Provost's upcoming feature debut YOUTHFUL PLEASURES.
